Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product should be returned in its original condition and should not have been used, altered, damaged or washed.
Unused products in original condition with applicable packaging, tags, certificates and accessories.
Used, washed, altered, damaged or materially changed products, unless the issue is due to a verified product defect or incorrect item supplied.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the package and product.
Gemstone Returns
Natural gemstones may have variations in colour, clarity, inclusions, shape and appearance. Such natural characteristics are not necessarily considered defects. Where a certificate is supplied, it should be returned with the gemstone.
Saree Returns
Sarees should be returned unused, unwashed and unaltered, with their original packaging and applicable tags. Minor colour or texture differences may occur due to photography, screens and textile characteristics.
Return Shipping
Return shipping arrangements and costs may depend on the reason for the return. For international returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping, customs, duties or other applicable charges unless the return is due to an error attributable to Khadeergems.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, an approved refund will be processed through the original payment method where possible. The time taken for the amount to appear may depend on the payment gateway or bank.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval. If the requested replacement is unavailable, an eligible refund may be offered instead.
